Peer to Peer Skill Swap Poster

A poster for RGD's Emerging Designer Network, promoting a Discord panel where past Student RGD Award winners share their work and process with current students. Built to lower the stakes of asking, not raise them, the event exists so newer designers can speak up, question, and feel less intimidated by an industry that can seem closed off from the outside. The puzzle pieces carry that spirit: each panelist's discipline gets its own hand-drawn face, playful and a little chaotic, built to feel like a swap between peers rather than a formal talk.
